Navigating the Paradox: Supporting Young People who are Autistic and ADHD

It focuses on how you can empower young people to better understand themselves so they can navigate the challenges they may experience. It also addresses some common misconceptions about ADHD, offering a more nuanced view that celebrates the unique strengths and perspectives that come with this often paradoxical neurotype.
